Eating lunch at the movie set in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of a 8 mile hike....
Just for the record: we had fijitas, chocolate pudding, cold drinks, and tiramisu!
The Ralston rock... Yep, that is the rock that held Aron Ralston's arm for 5 days before he finally had to cut it off with his swiss army knife..... ( it is fake blood by the way)
The movie they were filming there was called 127 Hours because that is how long he was in the canyon.

Hi guys,
My mom and I decided to go camping over Spring Break. I especially wanted to go for taking pictures, so here are some of my best ones. Hope you enjoy!

Finally, on the way home to SLC, we drove through Capitol Reef. The petroglyphs were very far away, and it was the first time I got to use my special zoom lense. The second photograph is not crooked, although it may look so. The rock is going into the ground with a slant.

A lovely pool and waterfall- Hog Springs. It is only a mile hike out of the Hog Springs
Rest area... I would like to go there when it's 100 degrees outside, we would get
to swim.

The first one is the Horse Shoe Ruin.... I assume it's called that because of the horseshoe-shaped windows. I believe it was a baking house.

This cresent-shaped sand feature was not an opportunity I could pass up on taking a picture.
It was in the river that goes through White Canyon.....
